Which payment options do you offer?
Paul Noyen uses a secure payment environment in which you can pay using IDEAL, Mastercard, Visa and American Express.
Do the prices shown include VAT?
All prices shown include 21% VAT.

Do I have to pay shipping costs?
We do not charge shipping costs within the EU. For shipment outside the EU, we charge the rates advertised by Postnl.
How soon will my order be dilivered?
Within the Netherlands, you will receive the ordered goods within 1 to 5 days. Outside the Netherlands, this may take a few days longer, depending on the destination.
Will I receive confirmation of my order?
You will receive a confirmation of your order and of payment by e-mail. You will also receive a confirmation of dispatch, accompanied by a Track & Trace code.

Can I return my order?
You can return your order within 14 days of the date op receipt without stating a reason. You can do so by using the enclosed return form and returning the order in its original packaging.
Can I exchange my order?
If you wish to excange the purchased product for another size or different colour, you have three options;
Option 1:
You can excange the product in one of our branches. If you want to exchange a specific item for another size, please contact the relevant branche beforehand so that they can chack whether they have the item in stock.
Option 2:
You can return your purchase by post, indicating on the return form that you wish to exchange it and which size you want to exchange it for. If the product you want is available, we will send it to you as soon as possible.
Option 3:
You can place a new order.
Will I have to pay shipping costs to return my order?
The shipping costs for returning an order are to be paid by the customer.

How can I see whether the shoe or boot in my size is still in stock?

If you are able to select the size you want in the web shop, it is still in stock. However, please note: the inventory of the web shop is linked to stock in our stores, which means there is a small chance that the ordered item will actually turn out to be out of stock. In this case, you will receive an e-mail informing you that the product you ordered is not in stock and we will refund the amount paid as soon as possible.
How can I see what the fit of a shoe or boot is?

Paul Noyen uses standard EU sizes for its products. Please note that half sizes differ primarily in terms of width. In other words, a half size bigger is wider but not much longer.
If the dimensions of a product deviate from our average, we always try to make this clear in the product description.
Is the collection in the web shop the same as the collection in the stores?

Paul Noyen aims to offer the same collection in its stores and in the web shop. However, due to the changing of the seasons and the popularity of certain products, this is not always possible. If you plan to visit one of our stores to buy a specific product, we recommend that you contact the relevant branch to ask about availability first.
How is heel height measured?

Heel sizes are given purely by way of indication
