Cooling-off period and right of return


The consumer has 14 days within which he/she can change his/her mind and he/she is entitled to return the purchased product within this period without giving reasons. The period starts on the day of receipt. After the 14-day period referred to above, the contract of sale is final.

The consumer may only use the delivered items for the purposes of approving and checking the products supplied. Additionally, the consumer must return the products supplied in their original condition and in their original packaging, with the accompanying labels and documents. In the event of a reduction in value of the product as a result of a failure to follow the above procedure correctly, Paul Noyen reserves the right to demand a reasonable amount from the consumer by way of compensation or to revoke the right of return entirely.

Provided the above conditions are met and the product is received by Paul Noyen in good order, we will refund the purchase price as soon as possible but no later than within 14 days.

To return a product, you have two options:

1.You can return the product to one of our branches. In this case, you also have the option of exchanging the product. However, if you return a product to one of our branches, you will not be able to get your money back in the store. After checking the product, we will refund the purchase price to the bank account or credit card you used for the purchase within 14 working days.

2.You can send the product in its original condition and with the original packaging to:

In order to send us your product, we recommend you to use a shipping method with a Track & Trace code so that you can track your order at all times. Responsibility for shipping lies exclusively with the consumer. The cost of returning the product is for the consumer's expense and will not be reimbursed by Paul Noyen.

After checking the product, Paul Noyen will refund the purchase price to the bank account or credit card used for the purchase. Any initial shipping costs will also be refunded to the consumer.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange the purchased product for another size or a different colour, you have three options;

Option 1:

You can exchange the product in one of our branches. If you want to exchange a specific item for another size, please contact the relevant branch beforehand so that they can check whether they have the required item in stock.

Option 2:

You can return your purchase by post, indicating on the return form that you wish to exchange it and which size you wish to exchange it for. If the product you want is available, we will send it to you as soon as possible. Please note that this option only applies to orders placed within the EU.

Option 3:

You can place a new order.
